- Cancellation: 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: full refund or free reschedule.
- No‑show/late cancellation: Less than 24 hours’ notice: non‑refundable. We may offer one goodwill reschedule at our discretion.
4) Third‑party courses and providers
When you enroll with a third‑party training provider, refunds are handled by that provider. Please review their terms before purchasing. We are not a party to those transactions and cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
